How We Operate
Safety Quality
The industry follows the highest operational standards by complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) for sanitizers, medicines, and cosmetics. According to ANVISA determinations, GMP encompasses a set of measures to guarantee sanitary quality, product quality, processes, procedures, among others.
Mariol Packaging
Rioquímica also maintains a specialized packaging company within its group. Mariol manufactures plastic packaging in HDPE, LDPE, PP, and PET, with the most modern equipment on the market. Daily, over 1 million packages are produced, with an excellence center working to maintain high-quality standards.
Environment
Environmental responsibility is also a company commitment. Waste management and disposal methods follow ANVISA's RDC 306/2004 legislation and CONAMA Resolution 358/2005. Employees are also trained in the disposal of reagents, products, utensils, and various wastes to reduce possible harmful health effects.
Social Responsibility
An important Rioquímica initiative in social responsibility is Jaó Association, a childhood education institution that integrates family, community, and government. Its foundation is education, but it believes that good partners with good, so it advises other social entities. In 2020, the main goal is the inauguration of a daycare for up to 150 children, with free service.
